Fate of the English premier league

The start of the English premier league is already knocking.we have all teams ready after making major signings with chealsea topping  that list.
We expect a tough season for any team to reach the top four with Manchester United having the highest chances of taking the cup home.
Arsenal might have a tough season being out of the champions league but with hopes of getting the uefa Europa cup home which will not be easy.
Am afraid chealsea might be able to defend the title having tough competition from klopp's

side and the  Manchesters.
Finally let's wait for what will happen to the new welcomed teams with Newcastle leading them.
